Summary

This extensive documents examines the ways to increse climate resilience in Samoa in the sectors of roads and highways, general agriculture, fishing and forestry, flood protection, participation and civic engagement. It discusses each sector's vulnerabilities, estimates the costs of adaptation, and analyse the institutional framework and the role of civil society.
