This plan aims at supporting the automobile industry from the economic effects induced by the COVID-19 crisis. Its goals are to renew the French car fleet in favor of clean vehicles, invest and innovate to produce the "vehicles of tomorrow", and support companies in difficulty and protect employees. 

This plan is officially estimated at 8 billion euros in aid, investments and loans.
