Supreme Decree No. 2.858 on responding to adverse events hitting the agricultural sector
Summary
This Supreme Decree establishes the requirements and defines the procedure for the presentation and consideration of reprogramming requirements of credit operations with the financial system of the agricultural sector affected by adverse events. It is understood as adverse events to droughts, floods, frost, hailstorms, snowfalls, pests and diseases that have affected the agricultural sector.
