This document provides the guidelines for the verification of emissions by power generation facilities participating in the National Carbon Emissions Trading Market. It stipulates the principles, basis, content and key points for verification.

It applies to power generation facilities that participate in the National Carbon Emissions Trading Market and use fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas to generate electricity.  &nbsp;

Tradable permits are market-based tools that grant permission for specific activities, frequently used to regulate emissions. These permits can be issued within a trading system to manage environmental impacts.

Compulsory, required payments to the government that are levied more-or-less in proportion to the services provided. Fees and charges range from entrance fees to national parks, charges on land-based sewage discharge.
