<p>In 2023, the Action Plan to Alleviate Energy Poverty for a three-year period was adopted.Toward this goal, priority is given to implementing energy efficiency measures that reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions while improving living conditions. This also aligns with the European “energy efficiency first” principle.</p>
<p>An update is foreseen to 2026.</p>
