Decision No. 21/2025/QD-TTg on Environmental Criteria and Approval of Green Investment Projects

<p>This Decision establishes the criteria and process for identifying investment projects that qualify for preferential policies and support from the State in the form of green credit and green bonds. Projects that qualify include renewable energy projects, electric vehicle charging projects, forest and ecosystem restoration projects, low carbon transportation projects, which contribute to the mitigation of and adaptation to climate change.</p>

Policy instruments are techniques or tools used by governing authorities to promote certain policies in order to achieve predetermined goals. Put simply, instruments are how a government tries to achieve its goals, with this taxonomy being focused on national policy instruments.
