<p>The RES1 decree supports the production of energy from renewable sources in order to achieve the European targets by 2030 defined in the Integrated National Plan for Energy and Climate. It provides incentives for the diffusion of photovoltaic, wind, hydroelectric and purification gas plants.The aim is to promote the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of the sector, both in environmental and economic terms, by promoting the creation of thousands of new jobs through the implementation of a transition to low-carbon energy. It supersedes the Decree 23 June 2016 almost entirely. Article 21 brings the provisions of the mentioned decree that continue in force</p>

The FER1 decree supports the production of energy from renewable sources in order to achieve the European targets by 2030 defined in the Integrated National Plan for Energy and Climate.
