Decree n° 2015-1491 on the national carbon budgets and the national low-carbon strategy

This decree modifies the Environment Code in order to define and set carbon budgets.&nbsp; The decree further adopts the National Low-Carbon Strategy (SNBC), which was replaced in April 2020 through Decree No. 2020-457.
