This document sets out the government's vision for high-efficiency, low-carbon buildings, to enable a greener future with enhanced business and job opportunities. The main goals of the strategy are to reduce energy bills through enhanced energy efficiency, create the markets required to the transition towards low-carbon heat systems, and test the viability of hydrogen for heating.
