This is the Order of 9 December 2021 on certificates of taking into account energy and environmental performance requirements and carrying out a feasibility study on the various energy supply solutions for building construction in metropolitan France and amending the decree of 11 October 2011 on certificates of taking into account thermal regulations and carrying out a feasibility study on energy supplies for new buildings or new parts of buildings.The study and certificates consider the impact of climate change assoicated with building components including the construction site and requires hte client to undertake to comply with justifying the impact on climate change, and the climate change impacts arising from primary energy consumption and building components. The summer discomfort level is also measured.
